| What do I do if Al’s Towing & Storage, Inc. impounded my vehicle? |
| | If your vehicle was impounded by Al’s Towing & Storage, Inc., and NOT directed by the Arlington County Police Department, call the Merrifield location for the reason for tow, vehicle location, and current charges. |

| What do I have to bring with me when I pick up my vehicle? |
| | In general, we require proof of ownership, a valid driver’s license and payment for all towing and impound costs prior to release of any vehicle. |

| How much will it cost to get my vehicle back if it was impounded? |
| | You will be charged an impound fee and daily storage fees. Storage fees are applied per calendar day. Administration fees may also apply. |

| What do I do if Arlington County had my car towed? |
| | If your vehicle was towed and impounded by Al’s Towing & Storage, Inc. at the direction of the Arlington County Police Department, you must first obtain a release PRIOR to coming to pick up the vehicle. |

| | You will have to contact Arlington County for individual requirements and charges before we will be permitted to release your vehicle. |
